1.Introduction:
The administrator of the personal data provided by our Guests/Customers while using the services of Loopy's World Family Entertainment Centre is Loopys Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in 80-266 Gdańsk, 229 Grunwaldzka Street, NIP: 9581617993 (hereinafter referred to as "Loopy's World").
We process personal data in accordance with data protection legislation, in particular the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) ("GDPR").
We process the personal data entrusted to us in order to carry out the services provided by Loopy's World. We only process data that the customer himself has provided to us and has given his consent to be processed or that are necessary for the performance of the service and, in particular, data obtained:

The data processed may include your name, surname, e-mail telephone number, address data if required for the provision of the service. If you purchase tickets or a service via our website www.loopys.pl we process your payment information and order history.
Where required for the performance of the service, your data may be shared:

At Loopy's World, we attach particular importance to protecting the privacy of our Guests/Customers. With due care, we select and apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the processed data. In particular, we protect the data from being made available to unauthorised persons as well as from being processed in violation of applicable laws.
The transmission protocol we use on all pages of the website to ensure the security of data transmission on the Internet is SSL (Secure Socket Layer v3). SSL encrypts, authenticates and ensures the integrity of messages.
We process the data entrusted to us for the purpose of performing and billing the services provided by Loopy's World. 5 The rights of the Guests/Customers of Loopy's World:
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing and to portability of your personal data entrusted to us. However, we may refuse your request for deletion if we are obliged by law to continue processing your data, an obligation arises from the law that we must comply with, or if your personal data is necessary for us to establish, assert or defend claims.
