Regulations for organised groups

REGULATIONS FOR ORGANISED GROUPS

1. We arrive punctually with the group with a booked appointment time.
2. The visit of organised groups lasts depending on the package selected. All available packages can be found in the following tabs: OFFER FOR GROUPS, MIKOŁAJKI, WINTER HOLIDAYS.
3. The minimum number of children in a group entry is 15. For smaller numbers, details to be arranged with the coordinator.
4. The offer is aimed at children aged 3 to 14 years.
5. The same package applies for the entire group.
6. Children and their caregivers move around the Centre's premises wearing socks.
7. A receipt is issued for the actual number of children provided the Organiser confirms the number of children during the first hour of play.
8. Payment must be made at Loopy's Reception (by card or cash, there is the option of paying by bank transfer 7 days, by prior arrangement with the coordinator).
9. During the visit, the CENTRE's REGULATIONS apply, with particular reference to the principle that the responsibility for children during play is borne by the Guardians.
10. The tour organiser is obliged to provide the number of Chaperones necessary to provide care for the children, according to the number and age of the children.
11. During a group visit, you may not bring your own food and drink into the Centre, except those purchased from Loopy's Restaurant.
12. Backpacks and all unnecessary items should be left on the coach.
13. Loopy's reserves the right to change the package, with prior notification to the Tour Operator.
14. Reservations can be made by submitting a completed form, which can be found in the GROUPS section of the website www.loopys.pl. The form should be sent to grupy.gdansk@loopys.pl
15. No later than 3 days before the planned visit, the number of children who will be attending the play must be notified by email.
16. Booking on the day of scheduled arrival or the day before equals an additional fee. In selected cases Loopy's may refuse to accept a booking.
17. Any changes to refreshments, animation, also cancellations can be made up to 3 days before the scheduled visit.
18. Pocket money, is not necessary, but for small amounts you can enjoy attractions with additional fees.
19. Carers always enter for free.
20. The group entrance does not combine with entrances from subscription cards.
21. Children are not allowed to go to the changing room on their own during play.
22. The Centre's Rules of Procedure will apply to matters not covered by these Regulations.
