1. We come to birthdays punctually, with plenty of smiles and good humour.
2. The birthday party lasts 2.5 hours or 3 hours depending on the package chosen:

Package Departure:

• 45 minutes of play on the Playground, followed by 45 minutes in the birthday room of your choice with a shared meal and 1 hour of free play on the Playground

Package Adventure:

• themed games adapted to the age of the children - led by an animator, 30 minutes in the birthday room with a shared hot meal and a drink, free play on the playground

Deluxe package:

• themed games adapted to the age of the children - led by an animator, 30 minutes in the birthday room with a shared hot meal and a drink, 1.5 hours of free play in the playground, unlimited rides on the train and toy cars, any cake from the offer, non-alcoholic champagne, refreshments for adults + coffee and tea

LOOPY'S WORLD BIRTHDAY PARTY REGULATIONS 

1. Reservations can be made by completing the form available at www.loopys.pl as well as in the Loopy's World reception area.
2. Due to increased weekend traffic, it is not always possible to make reservations and view the birthday rooms.
3. A birthday deposit of 25 % of the total party amount must be paid within 3 days of booking. The deposit should be paid to Loopy's bank account number 22 1750 1325 0000 0000 3359 0008 or at the Reception desk. 
4. The booking number, date and child's name must be included in the title. Failure to provide this information may be considered a lack of deposit. 
5. Once the deposit has been paid, the booking is deemed to have been accepted. The balance is due on the day of the birthday. 
6. The entire value of the party should not be paid in advance of the scheduled event. It is not possible to refund the fee for Guests who do not show up for the party. 
7. Reservations must be made at least 5 days in advance.
8. Reservations less than 5 days prior to the scheduled party are only possible at the Playground's office, but there is no guarantee that a particular date will be available. 
9. If the booking is made for less than 5 days, payment of the deposit is required on the day of booking at the Reception. 
10. Birthday cancellations must be made no later than 5 days before the planned party.
11. Cancellation in less than 5 days will incur a cake fee (in case the cake cannot be refused at the cake shop). 
12. Random events (e.g. illness of the child) will be considered on a case-by-case basis; if the birthday is moved to another date, double payment for the ordered cake will apply. 
13. Preparations for the birthday party start on the day of booking, so the deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation notification deadline. 
14. We arrive at the birthday party on time. Early entry is not possible. 
15. In the case of birthdays with animation games, lateness may result in not being able to take part in some of the games 
16. Any changes to the booking must be notified no later than 5 days before the scheduled reception by email. 
17. The minimum number of children attending the party is 8. In case of a smaller number, payment for eight will apply. 
18. The Principal may adjust the number of children no later than 5 days before the reception. With the proviso that it is not possible to reduce the number of participants below 8. 
19. If the number of children is reduced and the Loopy's World Centre is not informed at least 5 days before the planned party, the ordering party is obliged to pay for the number of children for which the reservation was made. 
20. If a party is booked for more than one birthday boy or girl, there is an additional charge for each additional birthday boy or girl as set out in the Price List. 
21. A larger number of birthday parties must be notified in advance and approved by Loopy's. 
22. You may not bring your own refreshments, drinks or snacks to the birthday party, except those purchased from Loopy's Restaurant. It is possible to order a cake. 
23. It is possible to bring a cake not purchased at Loopy's World, in which case a fee must be paid in the amount specified in the Price List and a declaration must be signed that the cake was not purchased at Loopy's and that the party organiser is liable for any damage caused by the consumption of the cake. A model of the declaration is attached to the Regulations. An employee of the Centre may refuse to cut a cake that has not been ordered from the Centre. 
24. The birthday party continues according to the selected package. All packages available under BIRTHDAY 🡪 PRICE LIST or at the Reception desk. 
25. Each room is made available for a specific period of time, according to the description of the selected package.
26. After the time spent in the birthday room, the presents should be taken out of the room. 
27. Loopy's is not responsible for items left in the birthday room. Carers should secure birthday presents and other items belonging to the party participants themselves. 
28. The animator serves the birthday party - he does not play with the children. He or she is responsible for organising the proceedings, not the fun.
29. The themed games are adapted to the age of the children and the dynamics of the group. A list of animations can be found on the website under BIRTHDAY 🡪 PRICE LIST or at the Reception desk.
30. The organiser of the party is obliged to provide Chaperones for the children attending the party, in a number appropriate to the number and age of the children.
31. Parents/guardians are responsible for the children attending the party. 
32. Children receive wristbands before entering the square, allowing them to use pre-purchased attractions, i.e. cars, train, VR. 
33. The organiser of the party is given a red or yellow watch for which he or she can make additional payments, which are settled at the end of the party. 
34. All participants move around the Centre without shoes but wearing socks. 
35. Helium balloons, cake fountains, confetti are not allowed to be brought to the party. 
36. Any changes to the admission should be notified by email.  urodziny.gdansk@loopys.pl 
37. The Centre's Rules of Procedure will apply to matters not covered by these Regulations.
